*Air Freight, Next Day, and Two Day shipping charges, as well as Overseas shipping charges, may be more than listed here. Overseas shipping is an estimate and may be more. In the event that the actual charges are more than the quoted shipping charge, we will notify you by email for your approval before shipment occurs. 

We do not ship to the following countries-Indonesia, Egypt, Romania, Nigeria.

How long will my Ground Shipment order take to arrive? Please take a look the UPS Service Map below. This is a general indication of approximate delivery times. Your order may take less or more time.

When will you charge my credit card? We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.

What about your returns policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. Maybe your cat ate your canary or your dog ran off with your best friend or maybe you just do not like your stuff for some reason. It does not matter. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any stock item in its original condition . We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. No need to worry about a restocking charge because there is none. We only ask that you pay the shipping.

We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All returns must include sales receipt. All returns must be shipped to Perrets with shipping charges prepaid. Merchandise must arrive in original condition shipped with original labels intact.

Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that your Internet transactions stay private and protected. Your name, address, and credit card number plus everything else about your order can not be read by anyone else as the information travels from your computer to ours. Once it reaches us, your credit card number is stored in a different computer that has no connection to the Internet.

The safety and security of your order is our main concern. Do not worry about Perret's s selling your name and address to anyone else! We keep your information for our own marketing and announcements of sales, but share this valuable info with no one.
